This 4-week online series is an immersive introduction to the core concepts of NHA. Each class blends story, slides, discussion, and guided practice to help you understand how this approach shifts energy, reframes challenges, and opens the door to meaningful connection. You’ll leave with a clear grasp of the principles and tools you can begin using right away.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

• Shift intense energy into connection and growth

• Build Inner Wealth™ in children (and yourself)

• Create lasting change without punishment or power struggles

• Practice Emotionally Nutritious Words and NHA recognition techniques

• Strengthen your presence, clarity, and confidence as a parent, educator, or caregiver
